Returns/Refund Policy
Amendments/Cancellation Policy on all Serviced Apartments and Short Term Lettings
Once in house guests wishing to cancel the booking are required to give at least 20-60 days notice depending on your booking and for bookings of less than 14 nights, no refund will be given.
Should you wish to make any amendments on your booking prior to arrival, we will try our best to help but we may not always be able to do so as all bookings is subject to an availability on the day of your request and the length of the stay, particularly during peak periods. Please note there are no refunds for early curtailment or unused accommodation and the terms of the cancellation policy will be applied and it will be in association and subject to serviced apartment owner terms and conditions.
Cancellation charges
Over 60 working days prior to arrival No charge
20 working days before arrival 50% rental cost
10 working days before arrival Full rental cost
Any refunds will be subject to a surcharges charge 4.5% if paid by credit card
All refund will charge back to the original credit card only (less surcharges)
Last minute bookings on all serviced apartments - all the rates and number of nights to be paid in advance prior to the move in day by credit card and it cannot be Changed or Cancelled and should you not check in you will forfeit your payment.
Special Offer bookings made all cancellations made at any time will be subject to a charge equal to the total cost of the stay. Your booking is non-transferable
Check-in and Check-out
All apartments will be available from 15.00pm or 16.00 pm onwards and must be vacated by 10.00 am, and all extended stay is subject to fifteen days notice and it subject to availability on the day of request.
Security deposit: No security deposit is required but depending on the building you will be required to sign a credit card security authorization to cover any telephone calls, breakages, unreasonable wear and tear or additional cleaning costs.
All rent for all serviced apartments bookings to be paid for in full, in advance, however, for security reasons the card used to make the reservation should be presented upon check-in and an imprint may be taken to cover any incidental expenses.
All or most of the Apartments have a welcome folder with details phones should you need any assistance
• Not all apartment building have on site reception
• All land line phones calls will be extra chargeable cost
• Loss of keys: £150 plus VAT is charged per lost key
• All Rates subject to VAT(20%) first twenty eight days and 4% thereafter
• If you require a earlier check-in than above you should book the day before. Unfortunately, earlier
check- in is chargeable on the daily rates plus VAT
• If you require a later check-out than above on the day of departure please book for the following day.
Unfortunately, late check-out is chargeable on the daily rates plus VAT
All bookings do not have automatic option to extend, should you require this option, please inform us and any damage caused to the apartment during your stay you will be charged onto your card for your information only.
