"The location, the staff, and the management everything was wonderful. Right in the heart of London. Very spacious apartments with charming and helpful staff ready to serve you at any minute. It truly is like a home from home."

"I've stayed here on several occasions now, mainly business but have even returned for pleasure! Very convenient with Great Portland Street Tube about two minutes away, and a short walk from Goodge St and Warren St. Also, you have Fitzrovia/Charlotte St on your doorstep, as well as Regents Park and Euston's just a 10 minute walk. Its always very very clean, well equipped for "Studio living" with fully equiped kitchen and there are washing machines available to use. There's a lift to the higher floors and its always very quiet."

"We booked for few nights after our office party. The apartment was clean, tidy, well equiped. My colleagues were really impressed and wanted to stay for longer. Will definately use again and recommend to friends."

"Our family stayed here for 6 nights, we had a 1 bedroom apartment, very clean & tidy, foldout sofa bed for the kids in lounge room, our bedroom was a reasonable size, loads of shelves & hanging room in wardrobe, separate toilet, bathroom & kitchen areas, our room was cleaned free of charge on the 4th day, which was a lovely surprise, overall quite a nice apartment in a great location."

"My husband and I recently stayed at Pimlico Apartments for 10 days during our vacation to England for our 5 year anniversary. We were able to get a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a full kitchen, which was really nice. There was even a washing machine in the kitchen, which was a very pleasant surprise to us. The apartment itself was perfect. The rooms were exactly as they appeared in photos, and the room sizes were generous by London standards. We had a separate bedroom and living space, in addition to the kitchenette and bathroom. It really felt like a home away from home. We always felt comfortable coming back to the apartment at the end of a busy day of sightseeing. We had minimal interaction with the staff, but anytime we did have a question or needed something, they were always courteous and willing to help. The location was nice. It was within a 5 minute walk from Pimlico station, so we were close enough to access everything, but far enough to where we felt like we were in a quite area rather than in the middle of a busy city. The neighborhood was nice with a beautiful little church and several restaurants nearby. I would definitely recommend Pimlico Apartments to friends and would love to stay there if we are fortunate enough to return to London again."

"I have stayed at this establishment years ago and now I find it better than ever. Great location. Essentially on tube and bus lines. Number 24 bus takes you through the major parts of London. Slight down side--no a/c. My trip however was wonderful and could not ask for better place to stay. I will return."

"We were very impressed with the size and standard of the apartment, my only criticism was that it only had rooms with double beds, twin would have been preferable. Location is great, just a five minute walk from Tower Bridge and the staff were extremely helpful."

"The ease of having your own apartment been able to come and go as you please and 24 hr Tesco next door made food and drink cheap. Apartment equiped with everything you could ever need."

"Nice, clean rooms, great surroundings with lots of green. M&S 2min walk and open from early for breakfast etc. Easy to travel to and from. Quiet street, the whole area + the apartment gave us a feeling of being safe in big city London. Perfect for families too, who may think it costly but that weighs up for the benefits of having more in your room than just a bed! and for feeling safe and looked after. A lovely place to return to after a long day out."

"Chelsea Apartments is a great place to stay if you're up visiting london. By far and away it's best attribute is the fantastic location- so close to all the good restaurants and nightspots which for me is a massive bonus. my apartment was modern and confortable and was cleaned every week. It was also very good value as i've previously stayed in hotels in london and they work out much more expensive and you get your own kitchen which is nice for making something in the morning."

"I just returned from a 7-nite stay (2-Bedroom) at Russell Square Apartments. We have a famiy of 5 and hotel stay can be expensive (since most only take upto 4 people in a hotel room). For similarly-priced, but better value, we selected Russell Square Apartments for its amenities (kitchen and laundry, in particular). Love the location (close to 2 underground stations, shopping center, supermarket). Holborn is a nice and safe neighborhood. The staff are all very friendly, kind and helpful. The apt itself is clean, modern and roomy which I'm usually very picky about and I'm absolutely happy with the overall apt. Definitely would stay again for future returns. "

"I stayed at Gloucester Road Apartments for a couple of nights in December 2009. Everything was clean and the apartment seemed to cater for everything. Being a serviced apartment, I had a separate kitchen with own door. The kitchen had everything you need to cook and clean. The sofabed was easy to open out and quite nice to sleep on considering it is a sofabed. I would quite confortably stop at Gloucester Road Apartments for 1 month plus."

"I stayed at this apartments from May 14-28th. The bedrooms were completly enclosed and the bathroom was separate in the hall. The room was great and the location COULD NOT be better. Perfect for taking the underground as it is just down the street and hooks to all the lines we needed. Plus it is close to grocery store etc. The staff was very very helpful and friendly. Really it was the perfect location and place to stay. It really added to our great experience and I would so recommend to others who are picky like us."

"We were four girlfriends travelling for leisure purposes and were overwhelmed by the apartment and staff. We were four and had booked a two bedroom aptm in the forth floor. We found the decoration very nice and modern, bedrooms were spacious. The kitchen was also well equiped for those who want to cook etc. We never heard of neighbours, so we felt very excluded and location was excellent (very near to Covent Garden and Soho) especially for those who want to avoid the tube. Definitely recommend it both to families and friends. Will absolutely go back there. Indeed, great place in central London."
